Mark Lemmons has a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University and a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary. As a real estate broker, team leader, accredited mentor and coach with over 8 years experience in the real estate industry, he has been recognized by Platinum Top 50 as an award winner in 2020 and Semi-Finalist 2019. He has been listed as a Five Star Home Professional annually from 2016 through 2020 in Texas Monthly, and earned designations of GRI, SRS, ABR and CMRS in the real estate industry. In addition to a multimillion dollar real estate portfolio, Mark has partnered in several multifamily projects totaling over 1000 units.
James Wenzel has a BS in Biology degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Upon graduation, he served in the USAF as a Security Forces and Executive Officer. He has experience in managing, coaching, and allocating large budgets of over 10 million dollars. Additionally, he has 15+ years of professional sales/consulting experience in corporate America as well as 10+yrs in real estate investing. James started with single family investments, acquiring a multimillion dollar portfolio where he was the project lead for renovations as well as handling property management. In addition, he has partnered in several multifamily projects totaling over 1000 units.
